2 Timothy 2:2 "The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also."

This summer we are launching our 2:2:2 Discipleship Groups based off of 2 Timothy 2:2. This verse encourages us to be engaged in actively discipling one another. It is a call to share with others in the church what God is teaching us in Scripture. We all have the privilege and calling to be engaged in discipling one another. The groups will be 3 to 4 people, by gender men with men/women with women, and will be for the purpose of deepening our discipleship in the Word.

We will study through 1 Thessalonians using the “Knowing the Bible” study series. The study book cost is $7. Sign up at the Welcome Center.*

*If you already know 2 or 3 people you want to study with you can sign up as a group or if you want to be a part of a group but don’t know who to partner with, you can sign up and we will put you together with others who want to participate. There are two sign up sheets at the Welcome Center: One titled “I have a group” for those who know who they are studying with and “I need a group” for those who need to be partnered together with others. Each group can pick the time and day and location that works best for them. The groups will begin meeting anytime after Memorial Day.

Save the date for our annual summer retreat for students who have completed Grades 6-12 at Ponderosa Conference & Retreat Center. Ponderosa 2025 is July 18th-20th. This weekend retreat is packed full of Bible study, worship, recreation, and fellowship.
